Thomas B. Pellett
Tom has been in the construction industry for more than 35 years and started Pellett Construction, LLC in 2004 as a full service general contractor serving in all facets of the construction industry. He attended the University of Nevada in the 1970s and went on to complete the Carpenter Apprentice Program with Carpenters Local Union #971 in 1981.
Tom was born and raised in Northern Nevada. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, three grandchildren and his dog Maddie.
Tom can often be found at Nevada Wolfpack football and basketball games, hunting birds and big game and exploring rural Nevada.
Kyle R. Pellett
Project Manager/Project Superintendent/Estimator
Kyle has been working in the constructon industry for 14 years. He first completed the Carpenter Apprentice Program with Carpenters Local Union #971 in 2006 and then went on to receive his Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from Western Nevada College in 2011. Kyle became LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified in 2008 distinguishing him in the construction industry as qualified in the design, development and implementation of green building projects.
Kyle was born and raised in Northern Nevada. When he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. Kyle is a tried and true Nevada Wolfpack fan, a member of the National Sporting Clays Association and an avid bird and big game hunter.
